How much of the Human Genome is Functional?
:)) It took you long enough… the issue of prions!:)

so,
Prions are self-replicating proteins (act as template).
Prokaryotes as bacteria are self-reproducing organism (split themselves).
Eukaryotes procreate, they need a mate.

Which evolutionary laws apply to each of them?

If eukaryotes evolved from prokaryotes, why we still have prokaryotes?
If mamals evolved from fish, why still have fish?
How you explain the “tree of evolution” in the light of darwinian transmutation?

I´m asking because, to be honest with you, I have any clue..!

Thanks in advance!

“self-replicating systems” means prions?:))

How much of the Human Genome is Functional?
¡Qué fuerte! Tú sí que sabes!:)) So, are u telling me that the “natural selection” by itself has the ability to clean up deleterious mutations?:))
Yes, in an already formed organism is understood that the repairing mechanisms are engraved in their genes and, when that mechanisms are surpassed, the disease appears. Also, the plasticity of different cells and tissues is strictly conditioned by their genome (see the regulatory T cells vs the rest of T helper´s family). Giving specific conditions, inactive genes can turn “on” and other (active ones) will turn “off” in order to maintain the homeostasis of an organism. But, in an unevolved (not undeveloped) organism where the genes are not formed yet, how the “natural selection” works? How the “natural selection” knows to select the right genes from that “primordial chaos” and for which purpose to build it if there is nothing to expect? How it knows to assemble them in order to build a coherent organism? How the “natural selection” chooses between a deleterious gene and a beneficial one? Is “natural selection” analyzing its results and says: yes, it makes sense!? Is the “natural selection” endowed with an intrinsic “consciousness”? Is the “natural selection” God?? (or God Nature?)

My problem with God is a sentimental one:)).

ps. with all my appreciation for your time and yr energy! Hope you are expecting nothing from all this, right?
cheers.
