Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow, though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. The Lord is saying this not man. He is the judge. We are responsible to acknowledge wrong doing and confront those doing wrong but God looketh upon the heart. Many times I had to ask for resignation from persons who refused to follow established agency policy and when they refused I had to terminate them.
