It seems there is some legal recourse called “constructive discharge” in which an employee, forced to resign by suspect circumstances, can still file a wrongful termination suit.

Former board member never talked with biology faculty
When I attended LSU (then La Sierra College), I heard a slight floating around in the religion department of the concept that there might have been long time periods during the process of creation.

I think I heard it once, was not impressed, and didn’t hear any more about it.

As far as the resignations go, the La Sierra faculty has apparently unanimously voted in a special session which was called on Friday morning last week to recommend to the Board of Trustees that they not accept the resignations of the three administrative people.
