Comment on PUC Professor: The Noachian Flood was just a local flood? by Daniel Urrutia, M.D..

I believe there are many more quiet followers of this website earnestly praying for the “lone defender” of the precious truths that our Loving Creator God has entrusted to His people. Ultimately, God is the One who is our Defender! What a beautiful example Dr. Pitman is to all of us who desire to be used of God and who will use our talents (what an exceptionally bright mind He has given you) for the good of His cause. We will keep praying that God will continue to use this website as a wake up call to His sleeping church!! May we choose to be humble and teachable and not harden our hearts or confuse false “love” for the true love that cares enough to admonish.
Sincerely,
Dan and Myrtha Urrutia

Wisbey talks about LSU and what he wants you to know
It is our opinion that we are allowing one person to be the main focus of these conversations. Frankly, we are avoiding what that person is saying because of the way it is said and believe that it would be more constructive for all involved to now head in a direction that focuses on what we believe is the desire and purpose of this website, that is, to hold our pastors, our leaders, our…..institutions …accountable (to paraphrase our new GC president). As we learn to do that in a firm yet merciful way, (as Jesus did in the cleansing of the temple, where those that were guilty fled but those who were not (even the children) remained) God will work mightily to open the way so that those who choose to follow Him can go forward. Time is short and I hope and pray we do not waste time being sidetracked, even in this forum. We can disagree without being disagreeable and/or sarcastic. Thank for giving all of us the opportunity to voice our concerns. May God continue to bless and strengthen the hands of those who have lead in this courageous endeavour. His mighty arm is over His church even when we face seemingly insurmountable challenges!

“Don’t go backwards to interpret Genesis as allegorical or symbolic”
“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. Ezekiel 3:16-18 We are grateful for a man of courage and integrity! May God’s Holy Spirit fill Elder Wilson and the rest of the church leadership with wisdom and a humble attitude toward God’s Word and its principles and standards and may we, the lay people, support God’s cause with all our strength and means. We are encouraged!

Michigan Conference takes substantial action in LSU conflict
We are rejoicing for such bold leadership which can only come from the Lord our Creator Who is in control of everything! Let us continue to wait on Him and not grow weary! God is just waiting for His people to wake up and stand for the truth and He will work mightily for them. “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 NKJ We pray that the GC leadership will choose to please God and not man. Thank you Elder Gallimore for being a godly leader. May the Lord enlarge your borders.

Video show LSU undermining church doctrine
“Large donors of the University who have donated while under the impression that LSU furthers the mission of the Adventist Church should not be kept from this information. They should see exactly what their hard earned dollars go for.”
Sitting around the dinner table at the last ASI Pacific Union Convention, several of us spoke to that fact that we had received calls and letters requesting donations to LSU and have responded by stating that we cannot support an Adventist institution that is presently teaching evolution as fact to the young people of our church. We hope more and more people will do the same.

Adventist Review examines LSU conflict
Yes, I think it is wonderful that they have given this very important issue wide exposure. The church needs to know the problems that it faces within its ranks. I hope and pray that those that have the authority to change the course of LSU (and other SDA institutions) will have the courage to do so knowing that God will honor those who honor Him. What a wonderful example of courage Louie Bishop has been! May other young people follow his example and stand for the right though the heavens fall!
