Comment on Are LSU professors breaking the 8th commandment? by Debbie.
Oh yes, Satan has a genuine interest in evolution as it originated with him. Evolution undermines the value of a human soul (humans come from monkeys). Therefore it undermines the value of the gift of Jesus’ death on the cross.
Satan biggest desire is to malign Jesus Christ, and to try to make of none effect what Jesus did on the cross for us.

A New Endowment Program for Adventist Education
Endowments are very nice to have. But as long as spiritual formation (or any of the other names for it) is being taught to our theology majors within our colleges, I cannot see God blessing these institutions. God has told us to stay away from spiritualism but it is being taught right under our noses at our colleges to our future ministers. I cannot support this through endowments or even just plain donations until a thorough clean-up is done in our schools of higher education.

Dr. Larry McCloskey taught at Walla Walla University for many years in the Biology Department. How many young people were affected at that time?

PUC Professor: The Noachian Flood was just a local flood?
Again, believing and teaching in the SDA position on origins is not enough. You must believe based on “evidence†rather than faith, and you must believe and teach that the “weight of the available empirical evidence favorst the SDA position.†Otherwise…well, you’ve been served notice. So far as I can tell, only Sean Pitman, Shane Hilde, Bob Ryan, and Kevin Paulson subscribe to this view. Are there others? (Quote)
I also agree with these good men.
“Don’t go backwards to interpret Genesis as allegorical or symbolic”
Praise God for this wonderful message. I am so encouraged and so blessed.
Creationist students find little support from LSU
But Conference leadership have what is called “influence.” One word from them can change everything. And if those in Leadership think they don’t have this power, then they need to step down from office.
