Comment on The Full History of La Sierra University vs. Louie Bishop by Glenn.
This issue concerning evolution being taught in some SDA schools as fact as opposed to creation is has been a growing concern since my undergraduate years at a different SDA university in the early to mid 1990’s. I truly wonder if the regional accreditation of Adventist schools and universities have much to do with this. The accrediting agencies are authorized by the US Department of Education, and the US government has had a fairly recent history of taking God and biblically based principles out of our nation’s education, and has slowly marginalized anyone or institution who promotes those principles.
