Steven Bartlett hosts the second most-watched podcast in the world (right behind Joe Rogan) and has 11.3 million subscribers. So, it was a pretty big deal for him to invite my brother-in-law, Dr. Roger Seheult, a pulmonologist and critical care specialist, to talk with him about healthful living.
Roger presented the 8 pillars of health (NEW START), according to the Adventist Health Message, but without being overtly religious about it, explaining these laws of health from a more scientific perspective in an easy-to-understand way that would appeal to a general audience.

Yet, Roger did not hide the importance of faith or the God of health. At the very end, Steven gave Roger a chance to share some of his personal faith in God and the Bible and how he sees faith and science as walking hand-in-hand. It was a really good interview with a great deal of good information, well worth the time. Currently, it has over 2.6 million views after only two days.
