@Wesley Kime: A brother to brother thank you to both Charles …

@Wesley Kime:

A brother to brother thank you to both Charles & Wesley for your encouragement…by the way, you two together makes “Charles Wesley” who happens to be a great historical soldier of Christ!

Well…the likes & dislikes…I know it’s a somewhat limited communication medium here, no non-verbal, no feedback. So perhaps folks don’t fully understand what’s being said, in some cases.

Nevertheless, it really goes back to “the heart” of the matter…which is our loving + just Savior is examining ALL hearts to ascertain who truly wants to be with Him in Paradise…and who truly will be happiest there and not allow iniquity to rise up a second time.

So in my humble estimation, even our simple “clicks” of like / dislike here on Earth register our moment by moment choices that resonate through the Most Holy Place to help make the ultimate case of our total life choices, all overseen by our dear Jesus who sees our true intent & motive behind even simple “clicks”, and is still interceding for a little while longer….

@Faithful Disciple:

Absolutely Faithful Disciple. Thank you for clarifying that principle that we are each called to “stand up for Jesus” … I love the inspired words, “men who will not be bought or sold…as true to duty as a needle to the pole”.

I believe that our loving & just God, who will by no means clear the guilty, is at this special before probation closes moment, looking deep into current beating hearts for motive, for loyalty, for intent. We too must examine ourselves to see if we be in the faith – a genuine / authentic to the bone loyally loving commitment of purposeful obedience to Jesus Christ & genuine cherishing of & joining with His most precious possession on fallen Earth – His Church.

This incredible irony of 4 liberal California “Adventists” getting caught doing what their liberalism says is oh so “right in their own eyes” – serves as a sobering and humbling reminder to us all:

Gal 6:7,8 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

The mocking of God the Creator that has gone on at LSU…the mocking of God’s humble servant, Ellen White…the mocking of God’s chosen leaders (reminds me of the fate of some boys mocking Elisha)…the mocking ridicule of our special health message by their drinking…the mocking of the Bible truth that we will all be held accountable for every idle word that proceeds from our mouths….

God is absolutely IN CONTROL! He mercifully allows His law of cause –> effect to play out time and again. No one wrestles against mere flesh & blood. We reap what we sow, end of story.

Let us pray for these who’ve been so self-deceived, lest any of us also fall. Let us pray for our church leaders that they will draw courage to make righteous decisions surrounding this. Let us pray for the students & faculty of LSU, that somehow a revival of true Godliness will sweep the enemy back in California. Before probation closes and all mocking ceases…all reaping commences.

I would like to leave with this group of thinkers a spiritual lesson God has been trying to teach this hard head of mine….

Recalling that clear text – “we will give an account for every idle word” – have we stopped to consider how much we ought to pray carefully & be exceeding cautious about what we put on down in WRITING on these internet sites? I mean, many employers now do Facebook / Twitter research before hiring folks; law enforcement is finding the internet to be one of their greatest resources for indictments & proof of law breaking…..

How much more should we expect our loving, just, God who will by no means clear the guilty, to use these posts we place in cyberspace for all time & eternity!

Sober food for thought. Reminds me of what CS Lewis said: “There are only two kinds of people in the end: those who say to God, ‘Thy will be done,’ and those to whom God says, in the end, ‘Thy will be done.'”

Blessings to each one – we each are stewards of a life JESUS saw fit to die for. We will all answer for our stewardship…and that includes internet postings.

What does it take to be a true Seventh-day Adventist?
Jas 4:17 Therefore to him who knows to do good, and does not do it, to him it is sin.

To “know” you have to have mature enough moral awareness of right & wrong. You have to have actual knowledge & comprehension of facts about what is right & wrong & why. Clearly God Himself is the only adequate Judge of this “knowing”. Therefore we leave all salvation judgments to Him alone.

While it is entirely true that a baby “conceived in sin” is not knowingly guilty of sin. Nevertheless, that child (all of us) was born sin-separated from God and therefore in need of a Savior from conception on. And that Savior HAS BEEN PROVIDED for all children and all who are living up to the light that they “know” and are capable of “knowing”.

We’ve got to allow our merciful & loving Heavenly Father latitude here to perform as Judge Advocate General — who will also by no means “clear the guilty!”

Perfect Justice! Righteousness and Peace have “Kissed each other” in Jesus Christ our Savior / Advocate.

PUC responds
I found as I circulated throught the various university exhibit booths at the 2010 GC Session in Atlanta, that a significant number of them were going out of their way to distribute clearly stated literature that demonstrated THEY were NOT inline with LSU’s teachings.

This was especially true of SAU, Union, SWAU, AU, OAU.

I stopped in LSU booth & had a personal conversation directly with their president. He was artful at trying to put a happy face on LSU & the controversy. But an unambiguous affirmation of a literal 24/6 contiguous Creation was glaringly absent from his words, and any literature they had there.

Why the foot-dragging? If they TRULY support Bible Creation account + Flood account, why not just come out & say it clearly & unequivocably? ALL controversy would be laid to rest in an instant.

Reminds me of the artful dodging Lucifer exercised in Heaven as he misled 1/3 of the Angels!

AAA to examine LSU

As I posted last night on another thread (Taking a Cue from Adventist Education), SWAU was apparently looking for these two Elijahs a year ago. SAU failed to hire two or three last year as well. You folks are simply delusional if you think the Church is going to cough up these individuals and the ones needed to replace all the evilutionists that you are trying to root out here. Delusional. With a capital “D.” And your wonderful website, with its wonderful approach, won’t make these SDA positions any more inviting for applicants–I’ll guarantee you that.If you want to destroy our universities, keep the stories and comments coming.  (Quote)

Pro Kent, that is patently absurd: I will counter that if our universities are THAT vulnerable as to be able to be destroyed by factual comments & stories of substance, then they aren’t supported by righteousness in the first place.

The SDA Universities doing what is right by God have nothing to worry about — HE will sustain them. Truth has no fear of error. Never has, never will – end of story!

AAA to examine LSU
I would like to point out a recent & very pertinent fact: During the GC Atlanta 2010 Session, when I spent considerable time out in the exhibit hall, it was exceeding obvious that schools like Southern, Andrews, Oakwood, Union were all handing out pro literal+24/7+recent Creation materials that contained significant substantial information from science, theology and archaeology that supports the SDA belief on Creation as per Scripture. Very conspicuously absent was LSU from this endeavor.

Instead, the LSU focus was platitudinal leaflets saying “we are proudly Adventist”…”we are proud of our open & supportive academic environment”, etc. There was NO information whatsoever from LSU that they were affirming & supportive of the literal+24/7+recent Creation as per Ted Wilson’s clear statement as GC President.

What does it take to be a true Seventh-day Adventist?
It’s simply AMAZING to see how often God’s perspective gets validated by the evolutionists and those who align with such:

Because the thing which may be known of God is clearly revealed within them, for God revealed it to them. For the unseen things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being realized by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, for them to be without excuse. Because, knowing God, they did not glorify Him as God, neither were thankful. But they became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man, and birds, and four-footed animals, and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves. For they changed the truth of God into a lie, and they worshiped and served the created thing more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. – Romans 1:19-25

Professed wise guys who are actually total fools! Evolutionists have validated the Creator God’s pronouncement over & over & over. Ironically enough – reading this sort of foolishness, even here on this site can provide true faith & loving trust in one’s Creator God! Some words from EGW reminds us as the “foolishness of this world” intensifies towards the end – we must gather warmth from the coldness of others! Amen to that! Doing it with each evolutionary foolishness post!

Last point: If a bad guy busts into liberal evolutionists home intent on evil & mahem, there’s exactly TWO things that liberal evolutionist is going to do: 1) Call a guy with a gun to come & save them; and 2) PRAY to the Creator God that the guy with a gun gets there in time…END OF STORY!
