I tend to believe that Africa origin theory was originated by some politically correct scientist who has nothing better to do; just a conjecture. I recall having heard the theory of Africa from the left leaning NPR years ago.
If we accept Scripture and the opinion of true archeologists and Bible scholars about the Middle East origin of mankind then we can just disregard fanciful theories.
I hope this discussion does not become a place where those who do not believe in Creation can vent their arguments. They will find a better reception on either Spectrum or Adventists Today.

Changing the Wording of Adventist Fundamental Belief #6 on Creation
It is most unfortunate that there are those in “high places” who place so little credence in a plain reading of Scripture and have influence on young minds.
Would it not be appropriate to pray that such individuals, unless they accept the plainly stated Scriptures, be replaced by those who do?
This should not be interpreted as a vendetta but an effort to insure that thought leaders in various leadership positions hold to Biblical doctrine.

A New Endowment Program for Adventist Education
I would find it easier to donate to such an endowment if there were assurance that evolution will not be taught as a fact and that Bible classes will follow the true SDA beliefs. Will there be such an assurance?
